When the Manufacturing Express pulled up to SANY America Friday morning, the first-class contribution to the community was felt. Over 100 employees were joined by community leaders to celebrate the work they do for Peachtree City, including City Council Member Clint Holland.
“Peachtree City is a business city,” Holland said, “we want to see you guys grow, and we appreciate you bringing people to work in our city.” But today wasn’t about working—it was about celebration. Employees played games like cornhole, frisbee, and were even invited to try their hand operating one of SANY’s signature excavators to stack tires or place a hat upon a mannequin’s head (affectionately named “SANY Bob”).
Live music, fresh crepes and iced coffees fueled a well-deserved celebration for a team that works day in and day out making the equipment that builds America.
